AND FURTHER TO the withdrawal of the complaint by Charex Inc.

ORDER

WHEREAS Charex Inc. (Charex) filed a complaint with the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on October 13, 2020, regarding a request for proposal from the Correctional Service of Canada (Solicitation No. 21301-21-3590165);

AND WHEREAS the Tribunal requested Charex to provide additional information on October 13, 2020;

AND WHEREAS Charex withdrew its complaint on October 14, 2020, stating that the Tribunal could do its own analysis if necessary;

AND WHEREAS the Tribunal does not have the power to conduct an inquiry on its own initiative, but only on the basis of substantiated allegations by a complainant on grounds of complaint;

AND WHEREAS, when a complaint is withdrawn, the Tribunal considers the file to be closed;

THEREFORE, the Tribunal has determined that there is no need to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
