ORDER
In its determination of June 15, 2021, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) its reasonable costs incurred in preparing and proceeding with the complaint. The Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case was Level 2, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $2,750. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Tribunal hereby confirms its preliminary indications by awarding DFATD its costs in the amount of $2,750 for preparing and proceeding with the complaint and directs ACT for Performance Inc. to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
