ORDER
In its determination of December 21, 2022, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal awarded Eight Bells Consulting Services Incorporated (Eight Bells) its reasonable costs incurred in preparing and proceeding with this complaint. Having regard to its Procurement costs guidelines, the Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for this complaint case was Level 1, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award in favour of Eight Bells was $1,150.
Eight Bells served and filed brief comments concerning the award of costs but subsequently withdrew those representations, with leave of the Tribunal.
As neither party has contested the Tribunal’s preliminary indications of the level of complexity and the amount of the cost award, the Tribunal confirms its preliminary indications by awarding Eight Bells its costs in the amount of $1,150 for this complaint and directs the Treasury Board Secretariat to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
