IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by Peer Ledger Inc. pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act;

AND FURTHER TO a decision of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to conduct an inquiry into the complaint pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act;

AND FURTHER TO a motion filed by the Royal Canadian Mint on June 30, 2023, pursuant to rule 24 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules for an order dismissing the complaint on the ground that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to conduct the inquiry.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby grants the motion brought by the Royal Canadian Mint to dismiss this complaint for lack of jurisdiction. The complaint is dismissed, pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(a) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, and the inquiry is terminated.
