DECISION

For reasons that will be explained in greater detail shortly, the complaint does not meet the requirements of section 6 of Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations with respect to the time limits for filing a complaint, which are a prerequisite for the conduct of an inquiry by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Accordingly, the Tribunal has decided, pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, not to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
