DECISION

Pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has decided not to conduct an inquiry into the complaint because it is premature. Keverest Technologies Inc. has not yet received a definitive response to the objection it raised with the Canada Border Services Agency.

Keverest Technologies Inc. may file a new complaint in a timely manner in accordance with section 6 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, if necessary, as will be explained in the statement of reasons.

The statement of reasons will be issued at a later date.
