DETERMINATION

Pursuant to subsection 30.14(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal determines that the complaint is valid in part.

Having considered the provisions of subsections 30.15(2) and (3) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and the facts and evidence submitted by the parties, the Tribunal finds that the circumstances do not warrant the recommendation of a remedy.
