DETERMINATION
Pursuant to subsection 30.14(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal determines that the complaint is not valid.
After conducting an inquiry, the Tribunal finds that the Department of Public Works and Government Services has provided the complainant, TYR Tactical Canada ULC, with a written debrief that met the requirements set out in the applicable trade agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, at this stage of this two-stage procurement process.
