IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act.

BY

OSIRIS DRONES INC.

AGAINST

THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES

DECISION

Pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has decided not to conduct an inquiry into the complaint. The Tribunal has concluded, for reasons that will be set out in greater detail shortly, that the complaint filed by Osiris Drones Inc. (Osiris) arises from allegations that the Department of Public Works and Government Services wrongly terminated the contract awarded to Osiris, rather than from grounds reasonably indicating that the procurement was not conducted in accordance with the applicable trade agreements. Therefore, the grounds for Osiris’s complaint pertain to matters of contract administration and are beyond the scope of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction.
