DETERMINATION
Pursuant to subsection 30.14(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act (CITT Act), the Canadian International Trade Tribunal determines that the complaint is not valid.
Consequently, the order made on January 23, 2025, pursuant to subsection 30.13(3) of the CITT Act, postponing the award of any contract in connection with this procurement is rescinded.
Each party will bear its own costs.
