IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act.

BY

INTEGRAL AIR FURNACE AND VENTILATION LTD.

AGAINST

THE ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE

DECISION

Pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has decided not to conduct an inquiry into the complaint because it does not disclose a reasonable indication of a breach of the applicable trade agreements. Integral Air Furnace and Ventilation Ltd. (Integral Air) did not comply with a mandatory bid transmission requirement prior to the bid closing deadline. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police properly disqualified the bid on the basis that it did not receive Integral Air’s submission prior to the bid closing deadline.
