IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act.

BY

DENYS PETIKA MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION, CONSULTING INC.

AGAINST

THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES

DECISION

Pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has decided not to conduct an inquiry into the complaint, because the complaint was not filed within the time limits prescribed by section 6 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations (Regulations). In any event, even if the complaint had been filed in a timely way, the Tribunal would have found that the complaint does not meet the condition set out in subparagraph 7(1)(c)(i) of the Regulations, as it does not disclose a reasonable indication of a breach of the relevant trade agreements.
