ORDER
In its determination of January 9, 2026, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded Formation New Era & Martin Robichaud EduCo Services Inc. in joint venture (Formation) its reasonable costs incurred in making the complaint to the Tribunal. The Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case was Level 2, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $2,750. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Tribunal confirms its preliminary indications by awarding Formation its costs in the amount of $2,750 and directs the Department of Employment and Social Development to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
