IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by École de langues Eagle Inc. pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act;

AND FURTHER TO the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award.

ORDER

In its determination of October 23, 2025, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded École de langues Eagle Inc. (ELE) its reasonable costs incurred in making the complaint to the Tribunal. The Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case was Level 1, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $1,150. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Tribunal confirms its preliminary indications by awarding ELE its costs in the amount of $1,150 and directs the Department of Public Works and Government Services to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
