NOTICE OF INQUIRY
TRAINING AIDS AND DEVICES
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from CAE Inc. (CAE) of St-Laurent, Quebec, concerning a procurement (solicitation W8486-228446/A) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for the acquisition and support of a joint terminal attack controller virtual training system. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on September 6, 2022, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
CAE alleges that PWGSC erred in refusing to accept its bid.
