NOTICE OF INQUIRY

Communications, Photographic, Mapping, Printing and Publication Services

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from Services professionnels d’écriture et de communication enr. (SPEC enr.) of Gatineau, Quebec, concerning a procurement (solicitation 23-222499) made by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD). The solicitation was for on-call editing services for communications products. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on April 4, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

SPEC enr. alleges that DFATD treated it differently from other potential suppliers during the procurement process.
