NOTICE OF INQUIRY

TAILORING SERVICES

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from Kim Tran Tailoring & Alterations (Kim Tran) of Victoria, British Columbia, concerning a procurement (solicitation W0103-249565) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for the provision of tailoring services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on May 9, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

Kim Tran alleges that PWGSC erroneously applied evaluation criteria that were not included in the solicitation.
