NOTICE OF INQUIRY

Geographic information system software

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from C-CORE of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, concerning a procurement (solicitation 5000072834B) made by the Department of Natural Resources (NRCan). The solicitation was for geospatial web harvester development and operations. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on May 27, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

C-CORE alleges that NRCan applied undisclosed criteria in disqualifying its bid.
