NOTICE OF INQUIRY

Rental of freight aircraft with operator

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from Great Lakes Maskwa Aviation General Partner Corp. (GLMAC) of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, concerning a procurement (solicitation WS3753315787) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). The solicitation was for air charter services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on June 10, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

GLMAC alleges that PWGSC erroneously rejected its bid.
