NOTICE OF INQUIRY

Video AND PHOTO Production services

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from Dave Stewart of Squamish, British Columbia, concerning a procurement (solicitation DC-2023-CD-08) made by the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC) for video and photo production services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on June 12, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

Dave Stewart alleges that the evaluation methodology was unfair.
