NOTICE OF INQUIRY

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint from TalentClick Workforce Solutions Inc. (TalentClick) of Vancouver, British Columbia, concerning a procurement (solicitation WS4356668478) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for the provision of evidence-based psychometric assessments for use in selecting members for promotions and appointments within the Canadian Armed Forces. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on May 31, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

TalentClick alleges irregularities in the procurement process, including that PWGSC improperly disqualified its bid.
